Lots of journaling and healing story about childhood through visual/image story-telling. I used the cards as a stimulus for recalling good memories from my childhood from which there were few. I felt there had to be some good memories in there somewhere. The focus was on healing my childhood and holding on to the few memories that told me I actually was a child and I survived my childhood.
